Where do I start? I could tell you about me, about Empowered Existence Speaking, or why I chose the Phoenix as my logo? Let’s start with the logo and sprinkle the rest in along the way!
A Phoenix? Why?
As part of Greek mythology, the phoenix symbolizes continual renewal, rebirth, and transformation. I asked myself multiple times what "Empowered Existence Speaking", looked like. I realized that it had to be the Phoenix. My life's journey is like that of the Phoenix, continual improvement, growth, and reinvention. My life has been abundant with experiences and lessons that have led to new versions of me. That is the essence of transformation.
Representing strength and power, the image of the Phoenix rising from the ashes to be reborn has helped to define my mission as a mindset coach. My hope for my clients is that they experience transformation and learn to break free of whatever is holding them back. Living an Empowered Existence (see what I did there!?) allows you to decide how you want to walk into each day, and regardless of the outcome embrace your choices.
As your Mindset Coach
As your mindset coach, I am honored and grateful to travel with you for a portion of your journey. It is YOUR journey. The path you take is up to you. I'm here to support you as you explore. I will ask you questions you may not want to ask yourself and help you hold the mirror so you can look deep inside. I will help you see alternatives and ask you to ponder or dare I say imagine, "what if...?" I bring the real me to each of our sessions. I will be ready to listen and support you when you are ready to be heard.
When coaching, I share your journey. Helping others grow enhances my life experience as well. Our sessions will come complete with conversations, disagreements, and ah-ha moments. We may even challenge each other and because we are all imperfect and flawed, I guarantee there will be moments that I learn from you.
This Speaker's Purpose
I've been told that one of my "superpowers" is connecting people. I believe connection is at the core of everything I do, including speaking. As your speaker, my desire is to take your audience on a journey. I want to take them on a trek where they will encounter honesty, vulnerability, common sense, and humor. Together we will take on thought provoking ideas, discover common ground, and grow connections with each other and with ourselves.
On stage, on Zoom, or in person, I can only be me. I strive to create a safe space by speaking from my heart and honoring you with respect and empathy. EES is a place where you can feel understood and inspired.

I'm the one sitting here honored and amazed by the following words others have used to describe me; nonjudgemental, supportive, genuine, ethical, patient, and respectful. I carry those words with me as a reminder to do my best to live up to those values daily. Mindset coaching and speaking are my passion and my purpose. I can't wait for you and I to begin our journey together!
